Process

How we plan, build, and launch

A simple process that prioritizes clarity, accessibility, and performance. The goal is to ship the right pages first, measure what matters, and avoid a fragile stack of tools that slows the site down.

Step 1

Discovery + content map

Define goals, the pages that should exist, and the conversion path. Set measurement expectations early.

Step 2

Build foundations

Ship semantic layouts, structured content, and a clean internal linking system. Keep JS optional.

Step 3

QA + launch

Validate accessibility and performance, then launch with redirects, sitemap, robots, and durable metadata.

Step 4

Iterate

Improve what converts, expand content intentionally, and keep tracking clean so decisions stay grounded.

What we validate before launch

  • One clear H1 per page with a sane heading hierarchy.
  • Keyboard navigation and visible focus states across the site.
  • Stable layouts (no surprise shifts) and lightweight client-side scripts.
  • Page titles, meta descriptions, canonicals, and structured data where it helps.
  • Forms that work without JS and include server-side validation.

If the scope includes tracking, we also QA conversions and make sure attribution fields are captured consistently.

What we need from you

  • Your services and the primary conversion goal (calls, forms, bookings, etc.).
  • Any existing site URL and the pages you know you need.
  • Brand assets (logo, colors) and examples of sites you like.
  • Any real proof you can use (photos, case studies, verified testimonials).

Missing facts are handled neutrally. We will capture questions so approvals stay explicit.
